TERRIBLE FACILITY! No one ever answers the phone! My father was treated terrible at this place. Laid in bed with dirty linens and intercom was broken and no one cared! No matter how many times you brought to their attention! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! NO STARS!
Very disappointed!
This place has been great . Big shout-out to elizabeth/nina for going above and beyond they're great cnas.
My dad is presently at The Medical Resort at Willowbrook and I can't thank the staff enough and especially Nurse Kristin for their kindness and amazing service that they continue providing to my dad. They always have a smile on their face and they are so sweet to my dad and my mom who is always with my dad. It's such a blessing to know that all the staff at this facility actually enjoys serving the elderly. God bless you all! Thank you so much Kristin!
With the facility being under new management you can see a difference when it comes to patient . All the staff greets you with a warm welcome
This is the worst rehab facility that I have ever seen in my life. I'm working in the medical field. If don't love your family this the way get back at your family rehab facilities. My brother was in this facility. He would call me and tell me he was starving to death. They put a tablespoon of 3 different things. On his platevery patient was complaining of being hungry not only that they did, I wasn't rehab. They was supposed to do with him. I will be coming to check on him and patience would be. Screaming help. I waited to see how long it would be. Before they would go and see what the patient needed. They didn't have call buttons. No working phones in the room. When I've got him out of there, it was so many people. Checking out because of the fact that the family was not getting what was promised to them. I will give them a rating of a zero, but it won't let you do that. Case Manager totally joke. She took everything personal and took it out on the patients. As we was leaving one of the employees said they have not even got paid for 3 weeks. They've been working for free. They not able to cannot even pay they bills I told them they need to call the EEoC
Ms Kristin case manager is perfect...so is Ms Mary reception desk......❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ms Anne ❤️they are very helpful.....and thanks for all your hard work and help
This is absolutely the worst Nursing home yet! In the past few weeks no one answers the phone. The administrators must be coming in through a revolving door. There's a new administrator every few months. When I leave a message for my friend it is never delivered to her. It is beautiful in the outside but nothing going on in the inside.
