Rikki Jo and Kat are really helpful and go out of their way to make everyone have a great time. Thank you ! I am with Allegiance Home Health and Hospice. Our team just wanted to post a review for anyone who needs to know how fun activities are here.
Everyone was very polite,the area was clean and the patients were being carefully being attended to.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this skilled nursing facility. During one of the most difficult times for our family, they have treated my dad with kindness, patience, dignity, and genuine compassion every single day. The nurses, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and everyone here truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, comfortable, and safe. My dad is still currently staying here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this skilled nursing facility. During one of the most difficult times for our family, they have treated my dad with kindness, patience, dignity, and genuine compassion every single day. The nurses, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and everyone here truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, comfortable, and safe. My dad is still currently staying here. The staff is attentive, respectful, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they can. What makes this place even more special is how welcoming they are to families. It truly feels like one big family whenever we are here. My five-year-old daughter absolutely loves the CNAs and nurses, and they are always so sweet and kind to her. My daughter is always asking questions (children) lol, and not one time she’s been ignored by them. That kindness means more to us than words can express. THANK YOU LADIES!💜 The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff for always keeping the facility and my dad’s room spotless and comfortable. We are deeply grateful for the care my dad continues to receive here. Thank you all for the compassion, dedication, and heart you put into what you do every single day. You are appreciated more than words can say. 🙏💜

I visited a friend that was in this facility. The staff were very nice. The atmosphere was calm. Everything was clean. Myself, my mother, and my daughter were equally impressed. My friend inside the facility was very content with a big smile on his face. We enjoyed our visit.
All of the staff are so incredible! They treat my husband who had a stroke like family. I greatly appreciate all of their kindness and generosity for me and him ❤️
Highly impressed everyone looked so comfortable content so comfy I wanted to jump in bed and relax the workers on 3rd floor where so attentive I watched them interact with patients you could tell they loved what they do showing your company is taking care of employees they where so welcoming everything was clean didn’t even seem like it was any type of care facility the patient I visited was so at peace and just perfect for her needs. Again the employees where so welcoming talk to them a few minutes felt like I knew them the smiles the team work was unreal.. so much I thought what a great place to work to take care of ones in need.. I watched them serve lunch with care walked patients to table with care.. Meet a gentleman named Johnny just so content enjoying the weather yesterday. God Bless to all for what all you do and again great work my first visit I was so impressed from signing in to front looking for directions to room…and watching 3rd floor interact with patients and visitors.
