3.8 · 5 reviewsWe are on our 5th manager in 5 years. The management cares nothing for the residents and are very disrespectful to seniors. We currently have 40 vacancies out of 120 units because residents have had enough. It’s listed as a luxury property, which is a joke. We have fallen trees, dead bushes, overflowing dumpsters, rats, and staff that are rude and condescending. In the past, there was a wait list for cottages, now there are 20 vacant units. Rents have gone up by hundreds of dollars. Don’t waste your time looking here!
My mom loves it there. They are nice updated apartments with a quiet atmosphere. We also like that it feels safe here at the Preserve at Gateway.
A very poorly maintained property with insufficient and undependable security, uneven grounds and nonresponsive management. Access gates are frequently broken for weeks or months at a time. Nice looking, but only on the surface.

We feel like The Preserve at Gateway has been such a blessing for our family and the location is very convenient. On the first floor they have a room where they do bible studies and different games. On the second floor they have a big movie theater, a nail salon and more games so plenty of things for the residents to do together. Everything about this experience has been great for us so far and we would definitely recommend them to other families.
Everything about this beautiful community was warm and inviting. Staff were knowledgeable and so sweet. I look forward to moving there one day.
