The Reserve at Royal Oaks is small. So, there's a nice ratio between nurses and residents. They're very helpful in the process of moving Mom in. It's an extremely well-done and well-designed community. There are hallways of rooms in little neighborhoods and each room has its own bathroom. It's laid out so that there's ease of movement and ease of access for everyone, including the residents. It's very clean and welcoming. There are activities all day long. We didn't have to get a hospital bed. They had beds and dressers for us. They do laundry in-house. Mom has been engaged the entire time…

The Reserve at Royal Oaks is small. So, there's a nice ratio between nurses and residents. They're very helpful in the process of moving Mom in. You're getting what you pay for.
These folks have no conscious when it comes to money. Very expensive for the quality of care given.

The Reserve at Royal Oaks has taken excellent care of the individuals I serve as guardian for. I would place my own mother here.
