As movers, we work in many communities throughout Texas, and it's always refreshing to see a property that is so well managed and detail-oriented. We appreciate the hospitality shown to our crew and look forward to working with Pegasus Preserve again in the future.
DON’T consider this place unless money is absolutely no object. It’s very nice but they raise the rent by at least 10% every year on all residents. Once elderly people have moved, it’s very hard for them to move again. They have a captive audience who can’t easily relocate.
We are very happy here and feel comfortable with our apartment and the services we get. They care about the residents and their wellbeing and safety.

Solana Preserve has an excellent executive director. It has many activities to keep you busy. It is a friendly place.
I would rate all areas a 5. My mom has made some great friends and there is never a lack of activities to participate in. I have been impressed with the family events offered.

This is a beautiful community and team members! They do an exceptional job of going above and beyond! They’ve had residents here for a very long time and have never lost anyone to dissatisfaction. If I could live here, I would in a heart beat!
Called me, for a job on a holiday week, once called back 3-5 days later ignores all my calls and text can't even let me know if he's not interested, had a couple friends work there aswell high not recommended
