4.3 · 148 reviewsThey hired my friend Mr.Lynn to come as Santa and take photos with their residents and staff a simple fee of $300.00 shouldn’t be a big deal for a place of this nature right? Well they stiffed him out of his payment, if this is how you’ll treat someone you had intentions of paying for services I’d hate to see how you treat your residents! Absolutely unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word of how your company chooses to run a business! 🤬 #Paysanta!!!

Solana at Vintage Park has been a true blessing for our family. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a genuine sense of warmth and community. What sets Solana apart is the individual love and care given to each resident. Every person is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—and it shows in the smiles and comfort of the residents. The staff are absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their friendliness creates such a welcoming environment, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone in their care. There’s a strong sense of community here, with consistent encouragement for residents to engage in activities and connect with others. Whether it's group events, daily programs, or simple one-on-one conversations, the focus is always on inclusion and joy. Another huge plus is the open and frequent communication with families. We’re always kept informed, which gives us incredible peace of mind.

Solana is a great place! We love it! After my parents moved in nearly 2 years ago, we decided it was necessary for them to have a larger apartment. The move was easy (upstairs to downstairs). The staff was there to help in any way possible, making the move that much easier. I can't say enough about the great people of Solana. From the moment you walk in, you will feel welcomed, and rest assure, they are there to help in your transition. This is a difficult time in your loved one's lives, and Solana made this transition as easy as could be expected. The staff and care givers are top notched. That being said, you will not be disappointed bringing your loved one to Solana.
Staff is friendly and engaging. They genuinely care about their residents. Staff is well trained and competent. My biggest concern is the amount of time it takes for caregivers to arrive once button has been pushed. The food is not consistent. For what is being charged it should be better.
Solana was a wonderful transition from rehab hospital to home. Everyone was helpful. It was very accommodating and a great choice for my sister’s stay. She enjoyed the accommodations and the people she met there. Will recommend to any others that may need assisted living.
The Solana has been an uplifting experience for my 92 year old father. The assisted living accommodations are top notch and safe and comfortable. There are many programs that he enjoys including entertainment almost weekly, fine dining, morning exercise, weekly cleaning service, etc. Every single staff member we have met or he has gotten to know have been very friendly and encouraging. Medical staff is just a step away should any questions arise too. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The Solana has been a God send to our family!
We were at another facility and Solana is far superior to the other facility. The staff, cleanliness, the attitude of all of the staff is amazing. We are thrilled to have moved my dad to Solana. He is much happier and his health has reflected that as well. Highly recommend Solana Vintage Park.
