Latasha is wonderful—she made the application process easy, communicated clearly, and was very well organized. She answered all of our questions promptly and with kindness. I truly feel this is the right choice for my dad.
The Spring at Silverton is a wonderful community to live in. Most of all Latasha Phillips creates an atmosphere of fun and laughter. Never distinguishing between age and gender, Latasha makes you feel at home, no matter what the activity you are engaged with. Thank you Latasha for your dedication to your work and the people that you adopt so freely.
Been here quite a while since 2024 & this current staff Latasha, Jessy, Tanisha really care. Just met Latasha and she is one of the most caring people I have met in my life. Under her guidance it has been a welcoming blessing to this place and I hope nothing runs her away like the other staff. She is truly a blessing to the community. I was a nurse since 1960 and I can recognize genuine people and Latasha is nothing short of that. This lady really care about people! I always new she was different the minute I saw her. Been here quite a while since 2024 & this current staff Latasha, Jessy, Tanisha really care. Just met Latasha and she is one of the most caring people I have met in my life. Under her guidance it has been a welcoming blessing to this place and I hope nothing runs her away like the other staff. She is truly a blessing to the community. I was a nurse since 1960 and I can recognize genuine people and Latasha is nothing short of that. This lady really care about people! I always new she was different the minute I saw her. I never came to the office before but that has changed since she joined the office staff. Jessy is really just like Latasha super passionate about his work and takes very good care of his residents.

Latasha Phillips is equipped with a skill set that is professional, informed, organized, and dedicated to meeting the needs and requests of her residents. With much hesitation and doubt, on my part, Ms Phillips answered all questions and concerns about this lifestyle change from a house to a community environment. Since moving in June 1, Ms Phillips, Ms Edwards, and the maintence staff has immediately fulfilled everything that needed to be addressed. Again, thank you Latasha Phillips and Tanisha Edwards for making moving to The Springs the right decision.
Ms. LaTasha Phillips was so welcoming and inviting to my mom, myself and the rest of my family. Mom is moving out of my childhood home of 60 years and moving from another state. LaTasha showed us around, let us take measurements, gave snacks to my grandchildren and moved at Mom's pace (this was really important to me as she has some back pain at time). We were provided with so much needed and useful information. When mom heard from one of her church daughters that she had told about her moving, mom started crying, LaTasha comforted mom. She was able to articulate what mom had not been able to about her having her own space. We are excited for teh next chapter and confident it will be a great one at The Spring wiht LaTasha there.
I am so glad that I made the decision to choose The Spring at Silverton. I was not quite sure where I wanted to be. I had spoken with both Latasha Phillips and Tanisha Edwards over the phone several times concerning the property. Things did not change until I met both of these ladies in person and actually toured the property. They were amazing! They are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I thank God that he has allowed our paths to cross. I have found my forever home. I will be here until Jesus comes!. Thank you ladies. Read Less
I have lived here 4 years and want to add that Tanisha and Latasha have made my stay a great experience. The events and food are fabulous, the pool is beautiful and the work out center has everything to keep you young and healthy. Way to go!
The Spring at Silverton is a truly wonderful active senior community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. High praises for the friendly staff, clean grounds, and strong sense of community. The activities, amenities, and beautifully maintained property really stand out, making it feel more like a resort than an apartment complex. It’s easy to see why so many residents say they feel comfortable and at home there. I have to mention Latasha Phillips she was so warm and invited and went above and beyond for my needs! Highly recommend this place!
