They over charge tenants before they pass on with maintenance fee's shame on them.
The best decision my husband Bill and I have made in the last few years was to move to The Towers On Park Lane. It is everything we hoped for, all under one roof. Dining room is wonderful, the pool is warm and the staff are the best. It is close to the Botanical Gardens, The Zoo and only 5 miles from Downtown and the airport. Our activities offer something for everyone. Check it out

Ok
A lovely place to live with great food and fun. Lots of things to do if you wish, but room for your privacy as well. Work shop for men, or women, billiards, painting, heated indoor pool, age appropriate exercise programs, entertainment, private bus service and the list goes on. Come out and visit us to see what you’re missing!
The Towers is an amazing place for the over 50 crowd. Beautiful facility, variety of floor plans, a myriad of activities and amenities, not to mention great food and awesome staff. If you’re thinking of downsizing and experiencing carefree living this is the place !
Very accommodating to seniors. Super clean and secure.
It's a place for older retired people. The units are not that glamorous. They are dated from the 1980s.
