3.8 · 39 reviewsI toured the community with the Executive Director. A couple of residents stopped me and introduced themselves. They were very happy and had a great rapport with the Executive Director. I really liked that they have different levels of memory care. My overall feeling was really good.
Rooms are nice size, and we'll kept. Staff is friendly and professional, residents needs are attended to quickly and cheerfully. Food is prepare on site and is very good, varied menu always balanced. Facility is well kept and maintained, always has a fresh clean smell. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to come as often as they want.
They have a lot of turnover in personnel which makes it difficult sometimes because people are always learning. New personnel are the primary reason for the 3 in quality of care. Once someone gets to know the residents and what their needs and likes are, it gets better. But then they leave and we start all over again. The other residents are nice and upper management people are excellent.

What we like the most about The Towne Care community is the service, care and concern for their client /patient. Based on the experience we have had, yes we would definitely recommend them to other families.
Attentive care and great communication. The amazing aspect is this team is very good at individualized care. Highly recommend.
Went to make delivery, Med-Tech was very nice, came out quickly and took the medication and offered water since it was so hot outside.
I would recommend but they seem to be experiencing some staffing issues at the moment.
Staff is friendly. There are zero activities for the residents. Management I feel like does the bare minimum. I'm happy with price and technicians. Management seems weak. Meals are not great. Not sure I would recommend. My mom seems happy, but she hates the food and needs some activities.
