This property is pristine! The staff is very attentive, warm, and super helpful. The amenities they have to offer residents are truly high end.

Madeline Cagney was a great hostess at Village of Southampton’s anniversary celebration yesterday. She helped me experience the event so that I could interact with residents and enjoy the beauty of this luxurious property. It truly got my attention. I left knowing that it definitely is on my list of properties I am considering for the future.

Our experience at this assisted living facility was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The overall level of service from the staff is severely lacking. Our experience at this assisted living facility was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The overall level of service from the staff is severely lacking. While there are a few individuals who will respond when approached, even they provide only the bare minimum and show little initiative to genuinely assist residents or their families. A major concern is the complete absence of accountability. Staff repeatedly redirect you to someone else rather than taking responsibility, creating a frustrating cycle where no one actually helps. It is entirely possible to spend hours at the help desk without seeing a single staff member available. We went from floor to floor, checking multiple stations, only to find them unattended. Meanwhile, employees who are present appear disengaged—often sitting in the lobby on their phones instead of attending to residents or visitors. When assistance is finally provided, the attitude is frequently dismissive and unwelcoming. Questions are met with minimal, surface-level answers, with no effort to offer further guidance or ensure that concerns are fully addressed. For a facility that charges such high fees, the level of care and professionalism falls far below expectations. There is a clear lack of attentiveness, urgency, and compassion toward the people who depend on this service. I would not recommend this facility under any circumstances. It is deeply concerning to see such poor standards in a place responsible for the well-being of vulnerable individuals.

Great community!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The

Every day it is unbelievable how helpful everyone is.

Excellent location and excellent Staff and Fun loving residents here too

I came in to visit someone in memory care not so long ago, if you are considering signing a lease on the 4th floor don’t do it. The food they serve there is completely disgusting as the presentation has no effort as well as it’s not fresh food as any other floors. They pre pack the food and wrap it up for residents on memory care and food is dry. Also to get in you have to ring the bell and wait for a staff member to come and open the door. It took them 20 min to open the door. It’s not the staff fault but it is the management fault for overworking these employees with over 30 residents and expect them to open the door. If it’s hard to open the door on time hire more people or at least offer the code to residents relatives. This is not the first nor second time this happened. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO BETTER. Either pay the workers a good amount or hire more people… this is not what we pay for when it comes to the cost of living in memory care and it’s unacceptable.
