4.7 · 357 reviewsMy mom has been at the Waterford almost 2 years. Their team is great. The food is great too. My mom loves the staff team. Everyone is so kind and concerned about the residents.
It was so quiet and peaceful and so clean restroom was very clean.. very nice people too
2nd floor smelled nice. However, entry floor smelled a little like urine. New furniture and new paint look nice. Pleaee sanitize or at leadt wipe down board games and checker pieces. They are VERY, VERY dirty. Happy to volunteer to do this on one of my visits. Staff are very nice. Overall, a great experience.
