I toured Waterford on Cooper to find a memory care facility for my mother. It is hard to know from a tour how the staff will take care of your loved one. If Stockton Berrymore, Sales Director is an indication, she will be treat with the most excellent care and consideration. Stockton went above and beyond to help me.
The process of looking for a place for your loved one was very overwhelming. Stockton and the Waterford on Cooper have given us the most amazing care and guidance through this very emotional journey. They are very good at listening and answering questions and anticipating questions we didn't know we needed answered. Please make this one of the places you tour when you find yourself at this stage of life.

The concierge(Ms Annie) is awful she is rude an during no time of day can you speak to any department heads an very loud an sarcastic she will actually lie to you just so you wont call even if a department head tells you to call she will say they didnt get rid of her
