It is a wonderful atmosphere!
Tammy is absolutely sent from heaven. She is so good to my dad and our family. Super nice and goes above and beyond. All staff is amazing. My dad is very happy here and he's not easy to please. Great job everyone. A BIG SPECIAL THANK YOU TO TAMMY W. OUTSTANDING!!!!!
The new Administrator Amanda is super nice and does everything she can do to to make you feel appreciated when going through the process of moving in your family members
The staff is very kind and nice every time you go on to visit your family. The new admin is great and I see good things coming for the woodlands
My grandmother was placed here after surgery for rehabilitation. They have some very caring, sweet staff members. However after six months of care - they abruptly transferred my grandmother to their "memory" unit with little explanation. Soon after I went to visit my grandmother in the "memory" unit and found it to be very unsatisfactory for her condition. She lacked mental stimulation and conversation, as the residents there were not on the same level of socialization as my grandmother. To avoid my grandmother deteriorating rapidly mentally and emotionally, I immediately made arrangements to transfer her from the Woodlands. Now the Woodlands is refusing to return the credited funds that were on her account since a 30 day notice was not given. I find this irreprehensible considering the conditions of her move were due to their decision to place her in an environment that was going to be extremely detrimental to her mental and emotional wellbeing. I have legitimate reasons to suspect that the motivation for moving my grandmother to the memory unit were so that they could give her room up to a new patient - and make more money. It is always extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone or return a call for the Woodlands. Their main line often goes unanswered. They seem continually short-staffed.
My uncle moved into Woodland Assisted Living. The facility was lovely and spacious. The rooms are like apartments, so they are very large compared to other facilities that we've found for the same price or a little bit less maybe. I love the staff members. They bend over backward and spoil my uncle too much. The food is really good, and my uncle's eating better. They have bingo, church every Sunday, and outings once a month. They have something every day to do.
The staff is so caring and kind.
Beautiful facility. staff gives upmost standard of care and dignity to all residents. We are so blessed to have found this forever home for our Mom.
