4.3 · 110 reviewsTo many bugs in the building. The trash cans are to close to building. The yard is horrible maintained. Only two washers in the 4 floors of building. I like living her , however the build itself needs a lot of work. Only one cook and the waiting time is about 30 minutes. Only have 1 hour to and then the staff turns the light on and off, for us to leave, the dinning area.
This is a great place for our sister who needed to enjoy her senior years with less work and more fun. It’s affordable, secure; the dining area is awesome, apts are cleaned weekly, and the staff love their jobs and the residents. Melissa in activities keeps residents busy. They provide live entertainment, weekly movie times and Bingo, Bingo, Bingo! We really appreciate everything they provide our loved one.
Our 95 year old cousin has been at Timberhill for almost 2 years, and we love it! The office staff is very helpful and caring, as well as the kitchen staff, maintenance, and housekeeping workers. Our cousin is very happy with the quality of food, and enjoys speaking with other residents at mealtimes. Any maintenance problems (which have been very few, by the way) were taken care of promptly. She has a lovely room with a patio, her separate bedroom, kitchenette, and bath. There are many extra activities in which she can choose to participate, along with special celebrations for each holiday.…

Our cousin is very happy with the quality of food, and enjoys speaking with other residents at mealtimes. Any maintenance problems (which have been very few, by the way) were taken care of promptly. She has a lovely room with a patio, her separate bedroom, kitchenette, and bath. There are many extra activities in which she can choose to participate, along with special celebrations for each holiday. We visited many nursing homes and retirement communities before placing her at Timberhill, and are SO thankful that she is happy and doing well in such a great environment.

My brother in law enjoys living at the Timberhill Villas. The staff is friendly and professional. The fact that our relative says he enjoys his stay and the activities at this residence, reassures our family of his happiness. We recommend the Timberhill Villas for families seeking a future Senior residence for their love one!
Very friendly front desk attendant! When we came to visit a resident, they had happy hour and singing in the lobby area. Residents were all in good spirits and the building was clean!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The environment is clean and inviting. My brother in law has made friends and loves the food. When I call the front office they are informative and helpful. We are very impressed that our relative is pleased to be living at Timberhill Villas.
Timberhill Villa - thank you for caring for my folks for 5 years. As we live in the UK and my Dad asked if we thought it was a good idea to move to a retirement home as he found one that could care for him and Momma. Knowing he would not have to climb and repair the roof of his house, getting other things fixed and knowing only one of them at the time drives. It sure was a worry off our minds as we just could not drop everything to get to them. The love and care this home has shown the pair of them has been beyond any expectations. They sure made some great friends there. We were able to visit them and the villa was so clean and welcoming. They are all lovely there. Especially Chelsea who took my parents under her wings and helped them even in the darkest hours. They both now have passed but still we are receiving kindness and care from Chelsea. I totally would recommend Timberhill. Just wish we had places like this over here on this side of the pond. Thank you once again. Tracey and Glenn
They did ok by Dad and Mom. Homer on the night shift was great. There was a mean old chica that hated getting out of her chair and opening the door if you brought food for my parents. That was in 2019.
