Everyone seemed to be on their toes,night and day. All Rx's were given at correct times.
They are really friendly and it's a nice place. My dad was there and they took really good care of him. The whole staff was outstanding. Thank you guys very much

Really I want to give y’all a -5 stars the room was dirty and it took at least 2 hours for an Aide to come in the room!!
The employees showed concen about meeting the residents need I really admired the Administration Staff they made Rounds every morning to see how things were going.. expectionlly Michelle ADON star CNA Anjane Bibbs.They all made my stay a pleasure
This place was amazing. Excellent care from all medical and support staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
This facility is great. They take good care of my dad and have a team of individuals that care very much for each and very patient.
TLC West was the 3rd rehab my dad has been to in the last 90 days and they are the ONLY facility among those 3 that I would recommend. One of the others is a stunning, new facility with all of the latest and greatest equipment, but you couldn’t pay me to take my dad back there. The care and treatment my dad has received since he has been there has been fantastic. It is clear to me that while that building may lack the flash of the other place, it more then makes up for it with the care they have given my dad. I felt, for the first time in this journey, that we had a partner in my dad’s care. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are dedicated, caring and professional. I am so very grateful for each and every one of them for taking such great care of my dad. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a caring, qualified place for one of their loved ones.
