The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of understaffing, which I know is common. However, the staff here are SO great, my mom loves them (therefore, so do I).

Our journey with Towers began a few years ago when my mother was admitted to their short-term care services after experiencing a sharp and sudden health decline. From day one, the staff and health professionals went above and beyond to monitor her ever-evolving needs and provide for her changing levels of care, including a short-term transfer to a specialist facility and eventual transfer to long-term memory care. They were incredibly supportive through some bumpy times, and the caregivers in Hall 4 became her second family. She passed away peacefully a month ago and those same caretakers…

She passed away peacefully a month ago and those same caretakers took care of us as well. I never would have imagined that a nursing home experience would be so vital and appreciated in our lives. We would have been absolutely lost without their expertise and guidance.

I can't even get Naomi the admin person to return my 3 phone calls just to initiate an inquiry for a place for my Mother! Terrible customer service so don't look good already!

Wonderful staff, effective physical therapy, and thoughtful decor make the Towers an excellent place to rehab or reside. Everything is far superior to other nursing homes in our area. I say this with honesty as someone who spent a month in a nearby facility that was understaffed and neglectful of its patients including myself. Thank you for taking great care of my mom.

Amazing facility with a community feel. Great staff and wonderful care. Proud to partner with this company as a part of Aspen Hospice.

My aunt recovered at Towers Nursing Home and received the best care we could have hoped for. The staff were kind, attentive, and always made her feel comfortable and supported. We’re so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed every day. Highly recommend!

Staff was awesome they took really good care of my mom during her short stay.

My dad had his legs amputated back in January and he had to come here for wound healing and care to get his strength back. Taylor, Naomi- admissions cordinator, Jessica Corrona, and Christina Rodriguez are all amazing managers here. Christina- nurse down the 100-200 hall, Alicia- nurse down the 100-200 hall and Mandy- cna were all really sweet and nice. They showed so much compassion towards my dad while he was there with them. I appreciate them so much. They really spoiled him if you ask me. lol I have always had an uneasy feeling about putting my loved ones in a facility but these woman right here made me have a change of heart knowing my dad was in good hands. So please choose this place when you are thinking about placing your loved one here. Thank you Ladies!! Y'all Rock!! Keep on making a difference in your communities lifes. :) Stay Blessed
