Fantastic staff looked after my mother during her post stroke recovery. All the staff took care of her like she was one of their own family members. Especially big thanks to Chandni and Mahesh.
There are no words to express the gratitude we have for the wonderful, loving care our Mom, Juanita Irene Horne, received at Town Hall Estates. We were blessed with Elodia as Mom's weekday caretaker. Mom was very attached to Elodia & Henry, her weekend caretaker. Someone in our family came for 2- 3 hours every day she was there. All the staff are so loving to all the residents. The facility is immaculate & the meals are balanced. Thanks to all the staff, housekeeping, & maintenance for providing such a wonderful home away from home.
My first visit to Town Hall Estates made a big impression on me. Before I even brought my mom in, a caregiver took a few minutes to share their experience and gave an honest, unsolicited perspective on the facility. They talked about other places their loved one had been and some of the common challenges in care facilities. That conversation gave me a lot of confidence in choosing this place. Since moving in, my mom has been very happy. One of her highlights is the food, which she consistently enjoys. She also shares that the staff, for the most part, are kind and caring. No place is perfect, but my mom often tells me how happy she is there. And if she needs to be in a care facility, I’m glad it’s here.
I go visit A family member, making sure he knows I didn't forget him
These photos were taken September 2025. We have torn opinions of this facility. Makes certain to see all available halls A-D. I will continue to post. Update March 2026. My mom has been here since July 2025. The facility is very responsive with all of our concerns. Austin, Daisy, Kim, and DeeDee have taken the time to listen to my mom and myself. This is my 1st experience with a loved one in a long term care facility. My mom has adjusted to Town Hall Estates of Arlington being her new home. Thank you, Town Hall Estates of Arlington
Neat and cozy place Friendly and accommodating staff Highly recommended .
The newest administrator Is over her head. Bring back Shanon. She got things done, efficiently and quickly, and knew her stuff The place has gone down physically. The dining room was filthy last weekend It’s so understaffed on the weekend you can walk right in and take your father out the front door and nobody stops you If I can do that, somebody else could do that The nurses are nice and caring, but are understaffed Every day of the week
I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by both the general staff and the rehabilitation team, with a special commendation for Bertha, our housekeeper. Her diligent efforts consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and freshness throughout the facility. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the unrestricted access to visit my father, which was always granted without hesitation.
