This place has really gone down. I’ve overheard what I’m assuming someone who is in management say that “she is going to beat the drug charges and she will get away with it again and again”

Do Not let Your Family be in this place Unless you don't want to be able to Call them... 3 Phone Numbers, and If I get an answer, I will be told my mother is Not Around....The attitude from the "Nurses" is Sickening... In My Opinion this place is a Money Grab, Nothing more!

I recommend trinity rehabilitation and health care to anyone, it's a nice place to be, lovely ladies who take great care of their patients

Great nursing home with professional, kind, & caring staff.

What a great facility! Super clean. The most friendly people you will meet. The residents are amazing! One of the best facilities I have ever been to. We’re all family.

Very clean

Lisa gave me a wonderful tour during the Chamber Mixer. I wish I had an option to have my dad here before he passed. I know he would have had a better quality of life!
