She took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after surgery, ensuring that our family understood the procedure and what to expect during recovery. She provided clear instructions for my mother’s wound care and worked closely with the wound care team throughout her hospital stay. Dr. Hill is a true advocate for her patients, and her dedication, compassion, and excellent communication gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very difficult time. We are truly grateful to the entire nursing staff, the wound care team, and Dr. Hill for the outstanding care they provided. Thank you for everything you do.

dismissive of patients. My mother had been sitting on a chair at the ER room for almost 5 hours before I was able to get there. Once I got there I called the patient relations and the administration and they got her a bed in 20 minutes. So it takes a son worried sick of her mother's health to get her proper care. When the doctor finally showed up he just said everything was fine but my mother had the same symptoms other than her blood pressure going down. He just said if it makes her feel better she can stay. It's like are you asking me or telling me? Unfair for my mother who is not conscious to have to sign paperwork to waive their responsibility to be able to leave. But again why am I going against the doctors orders if he made a suggestion of staying over night? What for? So my mother could be ignored all night? Thirsty, having to go to the rest room and not being to walk on her own? No thanks, I guess you all don't care if patients fall and hurt themselves. I had to lie saying I'd take her home but I took her somewhere else. Hopefully we get better treatment there. Don't let your family come here by themselves. They could die in a chair with their head up against a sink just like my mother was sitting there for hours on end being ignored. I guess it's normal for patients to strain their necks to get some rest if they have to sit for hours.
I would NEVER recommend this hospital. I had my child here and the labor and delivery team was awesome but the postpartum floor nurses, staff and rooms were what I would expect in a third world country. Horrible. Basic postpartum needs were not provided. Standard care procedures were not followed. It was a nightmare. We had people come in and talk to us, but they didn’t do anything to address concerns and even stated our issues we brought up were not the first time they’ve heard these complaints. There has been no follow up. The ER department is equally deficient in their care. I never even saw a doctor other than when I checked in at the front desk. Not once was I told what tests or bloodwork they’d be running or given any update on my condition. I’d ask questions to the nurse and she’s say she would check and never did. Next thing I know someone is bringing in a wheelchair and discharging me. I called the director afterwards and he said he call me back, big shock he never did. Honestly, this is a hospital you go to if you want to die.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this hospital for providing exceptional care and true hospitality, which is something that is unfortunately rare these days. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience thanks to Security Officer Rosalez. After a month of receiving no answers regarding my father's lost phone, Officer Rosalez remembered my situation. While sorting through lost property, she noticed a phone matching my description and reached out to me directly. I deeply appreciate her keeping us in mind; it truly showed that patients and families are not just numbers here ♥️🥰
Yaz Elias did an awesome job taking care of my son!
