4.0 · 8 reviewsWhen my dad was there with late stage dementia, he was extremely well cared for. No matter when I showed up (always unplanned/unannounced), his clothes were clean, he was freshly shaven, the staff was kind and patient, and the food had a home made vibe, not institutional reheat. It’s been a while, but Valley View was a huge blessing.
It's a good place to work and to visit
This facility is awful. My family member was here and was miserable!! They fail at giving information to the residents family members. Once I asked for information about the situation, all I got was the run around rather than information. The nurse are rude except for Diane. They accept patients for rehabilitation but don’t have the staff to help them. Then when you asked them why hasn’t your relative been walking or ANYTHING regrading their health they THEN tell you they don’t have to staff or abilities to do so. Awful just awful.
