The open central atrium is a relaxed and welcoming center that is used regularly for a variety of gatherings including musical entertainment and enjoyable game playing as well as friendly socializing. Hallways radiate out from that center to the individual apartments making apartments easy to access. As a daughter of a resident, I first noticed that the architectural design facilitated a community oriented independent living environment and that has been demonstrated. The open central atrium is a relaxed and welcoming center that is used regularly for a variety of gatherings including musical entertainment and enjoyable game playing as well as friendly socializing. Hallways radiate out from that center to the individual apartments making apartments easy to access. My loved one has appreciated that ease to and from the activity and dinning areas as well as the comfortable and shaded outdoor porch with rocking chairs. The residents have been very welcoming from the start as well. Ventura Place provides a comforting and welcoming space for family members and friends to join in the fun.
I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Ventura Place - Sky Active Living, and they have consistently been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication is excellent, and the staff is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming, well-run community. Thank you for all that you do!

I was needing a place for a short respite for my aunt. . She needed a place to get good meals, help with cleaning and a place where her nursing and PT were welcome. What turned out to be a short respite stay became her new home. I know she is with good people who not only provide housing and meals but also many activities for her to socialize in and keep from feeling lonely! Thank you Ventura Place!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ventura Place is a wonderful independent living community with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, caring, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The community is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities that help residents stay active and engaged.
Seems to be a good deal for the money, although I am hearing of double digit rent increases. Most interaction is with the food staff since they provide servce 3 meals 7 days a week. They are very friendly and caring people.

This place is top notch and gorgeous!! From the wonderful, caring staff to the excellent food and service! I definitely recommend anyone sending your loved ones to live here!!
