3.8 · 8 reviewsThe heart of Veranda is gone. The staff that dedicated their lives to their residents is no more. If you trust to leave your family members under the ultimate care of Sylvia Flores, then proceed with caution.
Short staffed. Terrible leadership from Sylvia, has no idea what she’s doing!
Good spacious nursing home very modern and looks to take care of the people very well!

They appear to be fully capable of handling residents with needs up to be but barely short of being a nursing home. This comes with an extensive schedule of fees of course. My brother seems to know more about their greeter, [name removed], and he has a negative impression of her. She made a point of pulling out their brochure/prospectus and marking up (increasing) their fee schedule. They have no permanent openings at present but have some 1 month "temporary" rooms available.
This is an excellent community for my mom. We like the menu with the nice variety of a good menu. I like knowing that my mom is in a clean community and is the offered to participate in the excellent activities with the other residents. I would recommend this community for the great care and value for a loved one.
