It’s overpriced, the staff is unprofessional and disorganized (especially maintenance) and they talk about the residents in a disrespectful manner. I see why they changed their name but you can’t avoid bad press when your staff is the problem. And they are the problem.
My mother is socially awkward and can be difficult to work with, but the staff at Verena was unfailingly kind and patient. The facilities are clean and well-tended. The food was great.

Had a great visit with Jodie and Erika. They did an amazing job walking me through the experience residents have when living at Verena at Leander. They do so much to make the environment fun, friendly, and safe. Highly recommend a visit if you're considering this type of residence.
