Morgan, Ebonie, Zoe, the whole admin team are on top of their game and always have answers if you have questions. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!
This is truly an exceptional skilled nursing facility. The care, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire team are unmatched. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, and high-quality place for their loved one. It is clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and their commitment to their residents truly shows.

I can't say enough positive and beautiful things about Village Creek. The staff are all warm, welcoming and inviting. The care the residents receive is the best I've ever seen. They do monthly outings as well as social events in the facility. Everyone here is a big family and they always make sure everyone feels included. The rehabilitation services are on a whole other level! The rehab crew do everything they can to help the residents get back to being as independent as possible. The nursing staff always pay attention and make sure every need is met with kindness and warmth. The social worker definitely has her finger on the pulse of everyone's needs. Last, but definitely not least, the administration team strives for excellence in care planning and the improvement of quality of life.
AMAZING facility! We work closely with this facility and our patients always rave about the care they received while here. Ebonie is a rockstar at getting the job done to get patients in!
I attended a social gathering during nurses week and toured the facility. The facility has a home like atmosphere and the residents are well taken care of. Village Creek Nursing and Rehab is second to none.
I can't say enough about this team.And how absolutely amazing they make every admission and even the talk beforehand. Ebony is amazing at making everyone so comfortable.
The staff are very friendly, easy to get in contact with, and go above and beyond. They have a nice facility and I recommend them for rehabilitation care.
