I’m incredibly grateful for the AMAZING care my grandmother received at We Are One Family Residential Care Home. From day one, the staff treated her with genuine kindness, respect and patience. They communicated openly with our family, kept us informed about her health, and created a warm, home- like environment that she genuinely enjoyed. It's taken a while for me to write this, but this family run hospice home provided wonderful care to my father in his last few days. We moved him there on Thursday and he passed away on Saturday. Everyone we had contact with were professional, understanding and compassionate. Aretha and I had a great meeting beforehand, explained their practices and contract to me, assured and comforted me and accommodated my family and our needs wonderfully. It's taken a while for me to write this, but this family run hospice home provided wonderful care to my father in his last few days. We moved him there on Thursday and he passed away on Saturday. Everyone we had contact with were professional, understanding and compassionate. Aretha and I had a great meeting beforehand, explained their practices and contract to me, assured and comforted me and accommodated my family and our needs wonderfully. During his stay here, at We Are Family, he was cared for with patience, love and attention. He had been in the hospital for 4 months and then in a rehab facility. This place was the most like home, and I knew after meeting everyone here (visiting beforehand), that God sent us here. Not only were they attentive and knowledgeable, they were helpful as I tried to navigate the insurance and VA world for additional support. I am so thankful for the care that Mr. and Mrs. Rogers gave my husband. Mrs. Rogers even prayed with us in the room, and set the mood in his room with beautiful Christian music. The room, by the way, was always clean and comfortable! The other residents at this location were also happy and pleasant. Definitely a wonderful place for your loved one if you are looking for that home-like assisted living home!

⸻ Our family had the privilege of placing our family in what we truly believe is the best residential care home in the Houston area. He stayed there for approximately four months, and during that time, the care he received was nothing short of exceptional. The staff (Erial, Mrs Aretha and Mr. Wendell) went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity. They welcomed guests warmly and allowed him to enjoy his days to the fullest, truly living his best life until the very end. Their compassion and the love they showed him meant the world to us. We are forever grateful. If you are ever in need of assistance I would definitely highly recommend this residential home
I know it is not an easy decision to place a loved one in a nursing home. But I'm so glad I was recommended a resident home. I met with Mr. & Mrs. Rodgers, the moment we met, I knew my father was in the right hands. My father suffers from Dementia, Mrs. Rodgers and staff are very knowledgeable they are highly experienced. They were able to get my father in a daily routine that he had adjusted. Now I love the home, which is always a clean organizer, and it feels so much like home. I really like the way they care for my father. I highly recommend We are family PCH. I love how they communicate with me and the hospice nurse.
The team at We Are Family PCH is truly caring and compassionate. If your loved one needs a personalized environment where they can receive individual attention, this is the perfect place. The intimate setting ensures that every resident is treated with the utmost care and respect. Highly recommend!
I recently toured We Are Family PCH for my loved one and was deeply impressed by their compassionate care model and expertise in senior living. As a clinician, I can confidently attest that this is an ideal environment for seniors to thrive—combining a supportive, home-like setting with a genuine sense of family.
My aunt was in this home for less than 48 hrs and the refuse to prorate the monies that the received for 1 month. They are a rip off.
