Renovations have been made place looks Amazing. Open entrance area where residents can sit and watch tv.
No nursing whatsoever and a unfriendly staff. I will be contacting Medicare and Humana and suggest they no longer use this facility
Nice facility, thanks for admitting my life long friend who lost his foot due to diabetes....SAD TO SAY THIS PLACE FAILED MY FRIEND refused to transport to hospital with proper care for him an condition.
My mom is a new patient here, so far I love it and the staff
My wife and I went to see a friend that had just recently gone to the facility for rehab from a stroke. It was later in the evening and front door was locked but woman at front desk saw us immediately and let us in. She was also very helpful with the sign in process. We were not there long but it seemed quiet and peaceful. The few staff we encountered were very friendly and the place seemed to be well kept
If i could give this place a -10000 i would. If you are thinking of putting a family member or friend in this facility i strongly suggest for you not to. Listen to all the bad reviews because i know for a fact they are %100 true. My dad was placed into this facility after a hospital stay, he had aggressive dementia and needed help doing a lot of things. A lot of things that this facility never helped him do. They neglected him and denied him the basic care that he deserved and it’s absolutely disgusting that the nurses and staff here can even live with them selves at this point. He was here last year for only a few short months and there was multiple instances where i would come in and he would be in his room lights off lying on the ground on a mat in the middle of the day. I was 22 years old and nobody took me seriously when advocating for my father here. When i would visit i would change him, his sheets and have to get him up. The room was disgusting and i had to physically clean it for him because the nurses wouldn’t. Theres so many other things that took place at the facility that would make you sick if you heard. I had left town for two days and came back and immediately checked on him. When i walked in the room his eyes were open but rolling back he was shaking and something was visibly wrong with him. I initially though he had a stroke and called an ambulance right away. I was crying scared and didn’t know what to do.. a nurse kept coming in trying to tell me he was okay but i knew he wasn’t. Once the ambulance arrived they questioned the nurses when the last time they checked on him was and she told him nobody had all day. You could tell they hadn’t given him water or food the whole two days i was gone. When my dad got to the hospital he was in kidney failure had a uti and was septic with many other problems..they transferred him to icu where he stayed for weeks and then later transferred to hospice. My dad passed away shortly after. This facility is a negligent, inhumane place. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
Very respectful and nice
Friendly staff and facility was nice and clean odor free that’s greatly appreciated
