My sister is at Western Hills Healthcare Residence Ltd. It's very clean and it smells good. They're very, very conscientious and very good people. It's a nice place. I have not tried their food, but she says it's great.
My father in law has been there less than a month. Payed good money for their services. Had to send my own family members down there to get him in bed.after constantly pushing the help button. No one responded. All nurses and cna personnel were playing on their cell phones and would not respond to call. Maybe the administrator needs to seek employment elsewhere. Will definitely contact the state for investigation of this establishment.

This place ain't that good like people say they need the state to come in there without them knowing so they can see the staff sitting on there butts in food look like slob in no one or baths given yall think your slick but not that slick
The people are wonderful in this building
Such a great facility, they have great staff and have a comfortable environment. The therapy department is wonderful as well!
