Our mom has been residing at west mark for 8 months now, and i have to commend the staff on the outstanding, compationate, patient care that Ava provides......Westmark i truly hope you recognize what a jewel you have in this employee ! I must add that all the staff has been wonderful in meeting the ever changing needs of our mother,Kudos
Irene was very nice, we like the facility but it is above our budget.
The senior living manager and employees were kind and engaging with our Mom and the place was clean and roomy!

Our Aunt Betty Became a resident at WestMark last Week. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful, Irene helped get her registered , Ross gave us an overview of the facility. Betty has had nothing but praises for the food and courtesy of all the employees. Irene gave her a great welcome and a dozen roses. That got her stay off to a great start. We thank you for welcoming our aunt so graciously and for taking care of her.
My Mom has had nothing but problems here. They let her meds run out she has gone with out them for up to 4 days. And Kimmy the one in charge of ordering them and making sure that the patients get them on time doesn't care she has been caught telling other med techs that oh well. Paying $4,800 a month
I have been at WestMark for 3 months and I would like to recognize the following staff Kimberly Singler, Oggie and Cameron for their care and attention that they provide to Roger and I. Thank you so much!
Since June of 2023, Old Bill, a friend of mine has lived at West Mark. I visit him three to five times a week, and have come to know most of the caretakers as caring and hard-working professionals. Bill often needs extra help as he cannot walk, and can barely stand up. Kimberly Singer, in particular, takes special care of Bill. I am grateful for all of them. I know Bill is in good hands.
Westmark and especially Irene Hidalgo has been true angles to our family. Irene’s professionalism and compassion together with here advise and knowledge have helped us through a truly tough time. We have been impressed with Westmark and the facility is clean and orderly with a staff that is always smiling and willing to assist.
