Easy to locate; pleasant receptionist; good security procedures. Sadly, my friend passed a way within an hour of my arrival.

My sister got sent to this facility and it was awful. They did not care about her. They dehydrated her, didn’t provide her with medication, they dehumanized her. I had to get the LVN to call a doctor to get her sent to emergency. Once there I found out about the damage they had caused. Even the medical information they sent to the hospital was incorrect. If you have a loved one who needs constant care and can’t advocate for themselves please don’t send them to this facility. I seriously hope Health and Human Services monitors this place!

Avoid Westpark Rehabilitation and Living. Our experience with this facility was unacceptable on every level. The building is run down—peeling paint, holes in the walls, missing electrical faceplates, loose outlets, and damaged furniture. It looked neglected and unsafe. The staff was not attentive to our loved one’s needs. One night he waited an hour for help to use the restroom. No one at the facility would answer the phone when we tried to call. I only reached someone because I had the Executive Director’s cell number. Communication is almost nonexistent. They do not answer calls, rarely…

They do not answer calls, rarely respond to emails, and repeatedly failed to provide basic information we requested. Even the external hospice staff caring for him was ignored. We also have serious concerns about the quality of medical care he received. While he was there, he had an ulcer on his foot that the staff repeatedly told us was “getting better.” He is now in the hospital with a bone infection (Osteomyelitis) that required surgery. The surgeon told us there was a great chance he could lose his foot, but fortunately they were able to save it. This raises real questions about how closely the medical staff at Westpark were monitoring him—or if they were monitoring him at all. This facility failed our family, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Terrible food. They changed chefs, I understand, and the food is still horrible.

Carmen at West Park Rehab is truly an asset to the facility. Her marketing expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for residents and partners really stand out. She’s always responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and it shows in the relationships she builds. Highly recommend working with her and the West Park team!”

Westpark is an amazing place to call home!! And Carmen De Leon, couldn’t find a nicer more helpful person. Thank You!!

Friendly staff, therapy is great!

Westpark is doing a great job of taking care of patients and getting them rehab and back to their homes. The staff is friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend.
