4.7 · 123 reviewsI have always loved this place, but I feel like things are really organized lately. Administration, nurses, etc really know how to make residents feel like this is their place and that's what it's all about!! Their dedication to the residents is 100% genuine and that's great!!
The staff is caring and the therapy department is amazing.
This place is so good for my adopted Mom Audrey Watkins, Laura and Paulett and staff are so good to her and We are so blessed to have them here for her care...

Clean facility, excellent staff. Residents are always very happy!
So my dad has been here over a year now and for the most part the staff has been ok and friendly but I have noticed a few things that are concerning. Several times I have called a resident would pick up the phone,I have been hung up on when asking to speak with management.I have asked about information about his Dr appointments and little information is given as they don't know much and are not much help.You have to stay on top of them to get things done as calls or text returns are forgotten and you could be waiting for a long time to here anything back.You can tell who is there for only a pay check and those that care.
They are the best they take care of my grandfather and make sure he makes his appointments on time and the best safe every he gets sick they call me and let me know what is going love them to death thank u willow park for all u do .
