My granddad was recently in this facility and quickly transfered out due to unclean environment lack of proper care and the kitchen staff all filthy smelly and 2 in fact served my granddad his food which was uneatable but one older short haired blonde named Robin was so high on drugs that even my elderly granddad was afraid of her and the food she brought for him to eat. Which smelled looked and tasted awful. Robin was so high she stood like she was stuck then started mumbling something no one could understand and she smelled of cigarettes Marijuana alcohol and Crack. Yes our family is very familiar because unfortunately my brother was the same way but her eyes were so dilated you couldn't even look at her to try to understand what she was mumbling because not only was she obviously DRUG INDUCED and she acted wiredand smelled awful so if she isn't doing Crack she most definitely is on meth ashamed my brother died from fentanol that meth was laced with. She has no bedside manner and it is a big red flag especially with the cost of the place. The cost wasn't an issue it was the kitchen n laundry and cleaning staff CAN AN EMPLOYER NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DRUG QDDICT AND A NON DRUG USER?? Just curious because obviously the place is full of people like Robin and that is not good business especially taking care of elderly and sick people. She and windcrest have been reported toHepa plus our family reported suspected drug use in the staff. Very disconcerting a frightful for families and patients like mine. I hope this issue gets addressed and disposed of immediately before something bad happens.

Mother stayed for rehab. She loved staff who checked in on her regularly, she ate the food. She was clean and dressed each time we came to visit. We loved that experience for her and if we needed those services again, we’d use Avir at Windcrest.

My mother was transferred to this facility last week and there were multiple very concerning things that occurred. I asked for the unit manager's phone number to discuss my concerns but was told they aren't allowed to give it out. It was bad enough that I had her moved to another facility the very next day.
