The new staff is doing a fantastic job People are great look out for each other. There are a lot of walkers and scooters and the community is not prepared for them fyi However, yes I would recommend the community to other families.
The community is fine and the people are great. There are no meals but the activities are planned by the residents. There is limited care as it is a 55 plus, no care facilities. There are multiple items needing repair. Other than the companionship of the tenants, I would not rent again. The pricing keeps going up on the tenants and many are leaving. There are quite a few tenants needing additional medical care which is not provided. Only about half of the tenants are active. The pest control is lacking, there are lots of crickets and small insects in hallways. There apartments are nice…

[name removed] and I moved in approximately four months ago into one of their one bedroom apartments. I will tell you it has been an adjustment, but other than that we have loved our experience. Thus far people are very friendly and willing to help you. The maintenance guys are amazing if there's an issue. There are lots of activities and things in which to participate
It has helped my dad become so much more social. The price for what is offered in amenities and activities. We are very pleased how social, secure and nice it is!
I visited the Album Keller Ranch. The price was better than the other room I looked at, it was more spacious and they have a washer and dryer. They have a dining area there but they don't serve regular meals. They have things where you can go on certain days like you can go for breakfast on Wednesdays, but generally, you prepare your own meals. The staff members were very fantastic. They have a pool, they have a fitness area and you can bring your pet as well. And they have different programs for you and activities like movies. Then if you require someone to take you somewhere, you can make arrangements to have that done. The community fee is cheaper than the other place. They have a barbecue area outside that you can reserve so you can cook.
We thought Album Keller Ranch looked like a good place. They took our application deposit and then declined my loved one on the same day. However, it took three months for them to get my deposit back to me. In the end it was probably for the best. The staff was nice, and the facility was brand new, but it almost seemed intimidating. It didn't have the warmer, more homey feeling of the place we ended up at.
I was able to have an in person tour and I really liked this place, the staff were very friendly, and pleasant to speak with. It was a top contender.
Album Keller Ranch was just okay. It was a fairly new facility, but too expensive for me.
