4.5 · 111 reviewsMy mom and dad moved into Arbor Hills Memory Care back in April this year (2026) and it has been a wonderful experience. Robin, Latosha, Micaela, Junior, John, and all the staff have show exceptional care and genuine love for both my parents. My dad was diagnosed with cancer last year and ended up passing away at Arbor Hills a couple weeks ago and the staff was amazing in how they cared for him and honored him as a military veteran. My family and I would highly recommend Arbor Hills Memory Care for anyone considering them for their loved ones!
The amount of attention and care that the staff provide at Arbor Hills, coupled with the cozy, clean, and warm facility, make it easy to give this establishment five stars. I highly recommend Arbor Hills for any family member. You will have peace of mind.
We are very grateful for the support Arbor Hills gave to our dad. The staff was the difference maker. Our dad was handicapped and required full service care. His dementia also made his mood unpredictable, but they cared for him with patience and compassion, often telling us it was their pleasure to take care of him. The activities they put on for the residents also kept our dad engaged! Thank you, Arbor Hills staff and management team, for all of your support, and for creating a very comfortable home for my dad!

My Dad was a resident at Arbor Hills for 2 years after being at 2 other facilities. He was so well cared for, ate well, was kept busy and was loved. We are so grateful for the staff, caregivers and entire AH team who bring a personal touch to each of the residents there. My Dad was very much at home there and our family is so grateful for all their love and support.
Be mindful bringing a loved one here we are in the process of moving my father in law hopefully soon. There was an incident that happened a couple of weeks ago where a man was yelling and screaming at his coworker I was told hes very aggressive and he's a convinct who is on probation by the housekeepers there when I asked what was going on. The cops ended up showing up and I saw a lady crying her eyes out apparently they allow bullying and harassment of others here and there's lots of drama every single day. The guy still works there when we saw my father in law later in the weeks later. I'm afraid for him this place is not safe and it's not clean might I add very gross conditions. This place is supposed to be a safe haven for our older community but this place does not prioritize that whatsoever and it's disappointing.
I was very pleased with Arbor Hills Memory Care Community's care of my sister. The Executive Director Carmen and the staff was caring and available to help with her transition and assisted us professionally with all of our concerns. She was able to join in the activities until she was unable to participate at which time she received more individual care. I recommend you visit and see for yourself. I want to thank all of the staff for helping her and us through a very difficult time. I do believe we chose the right place for her care. Sincerely, Joel M. Hastings
The residents at Arbor Hills Memory Care have a wonderful leader in Carmen Franks as the Executive Director of their community. She lives in her passion every day that she comes to work with her team, giving such sweet care to each and every one of those who have chosen Arbor Hills as their home.
