I've been here for 2 hours.First of all,its hot!!!They only have central ac and it is not enough.Secondly,I have a foot that has just been operated on and I am 100%non weight bearing.I have mrsa and have to have iv antibiotics and don't have anyone at home who can do it.Thats why I'm here.Because I'm non weight bearing I have to have a bedside commode that I have to transfer to using only my arms. They didn't have one for me. I hit the call button non stop for 20 minutes and Noone came.Eventually I called the facility on my cellphone and it still took ten minutes for someone to come. When they…

When they finally did come they brought me three inch deep plastic bed pan and said "it's just pee right?"NO!!!!It was not just pee and even if it was that bed pan would've folded right up under my weight. The bed is like a rock,I'm burning up ,I'm in severe pain and now I know that they don't answer when you call.I hate it here.In the short time I've been here it has been terrible and their website boasts about private, comfortable rooms.Thats a lie, they are shared rooms it's bare cinderblock and there is nothing comfortable in here.I am in tears!Do Not send your loved ones here!

Receptionist Lashun Washington welcomed me with the warmest smile and a genuine, down-to-earth energy that immediately put me at ease. Her kindness and professionalism set the perfect tone from the very first hello — she is truly an asset to this team.

This place is a joke the food is always cold you push your call button and they might come see what you want or need an hour later the administration told me Friday I had to do one more day antibiotics which I did say they said I'd be going home Sunday now there acting like I'm not suppose to go home today well I done been here 2 days longer than the hospital said I would so I'm leaving today ama if I've got to but I'm leaving I don't recommend this place to anyone

Pleasant experience, did not wait long, Mel is a very good people person, takes great care of her patients

It was horrible the staff was rude. They talked to the patients like their garbage. They tried to send me to Presbyterian homeless shelter I got over there and I saw all these people outside it was nasty so I got some money and I took an Uber to my son's house and then the next morning I flew to Seattle and that's where I'm staying

Cami, or Cammye, not sure of spelling, is such a wonderful help. We would recommend this facility as she has taken good care of us.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The patients appear clean and well cared for. LaShun at the front desk is always courteous and smiling. My friend who lives there says the food is pretty good and seems to like the nurses and staff. Highly recommend.

Good team work, customer service with excellent communication. Every departments is a team player in delivering goods and services to the residents.
