I had fairly low expectations that using any type of agency would work for my mother in law. I felt it would be short term and we would end up having to figure out assisted living. What a surprise! We have genuinely loved Assisting Hands. The office staff is quick to find solutions and replacement professionals. We have one professional that is favored by my mother in law and have had her for more than a year now. They have developed a great trusting relationship and I am thankful that Assisting Hands provides the accountability with her hours and reports. My mother in law has been able to stay in independent living which is a huge plus even through the COVID isolation with Assisting Hands. I definitely recommend this agency...our experience has been great.
