I recently moved my mother into Atria Canyon Creek. Although the rooms are spacious and the staff is exceptionally friendly, I have experienced a lot of difficulty getting answers during the moving process. Often being told politely that is someone else’s responsibility. We have also had difficulty with residents stealing from us while moving. Unfortunately, I feel like the company’s helpful nature fell by the wayside as soon as the lease was signed.

Warm hearted, natural connections, buildings w character, staff friendly, and real

If you’re Jewish do not move here at atria

My mother moved in the fall of 2024. When she decided to move from Houston, we looked at several places. After visiting Atria, she knew this was the place she wanted to be. She has enjoyed the staff and the activities with the other residents. There was an issue with the dining room for a short time, but management address the issue and made the necessary corrective actions. The staff really does care and listens to the residents. She is very happy here.

I helped my grandma move from California to Texas and find her dream apartment. This was a big transition for her, but the team here at Atria Canyon Creek made it so much easier. She has made so many friends and is very happy with the food and the staff. Karla and Patty have truly gone above and beyond for her. The entire Atria team is delightful. We toured and researched many communities, and we are so happy we chose Atria Canyon Creek!

I've lived here over a year. Nice, roomy apartment. Good services. Dog friendly. Food is OK. Sometimes good, sometimes not. However, double digit rent increases cause big exodus every year.

Moved here, alone, two years ago. It was the best decision I could of made after selling my Richardson home. I love not needing to cook, or run the vacuum all over a big house. The meals are very good, and they are open to suggestions. We have a heated, indoor pool, game room including pool tables, two libraries, ballroom for parties and Happy Hours, bands, beautiful holiday decorations (can't wait for Christmas), misc classes & activities. If you rather read or watch tv in your apartment that's ok too. Apartments? So many designs to choose from; 1-3 bedrooms. Come check it out!

I wish I could give the food 10 out of 10 (I have Celiac Disease and get plenty of food including gluten free (GF) bread/toast!! I think Chef has somewhat enjoyed finding GF recipes and food.
