We have visited Atria on 2 different occasions with Jennifer as our hostess. She was very informative and helpful in answering our many questions. We are very impressed with the facility but are not quite ready to make a decision to move yet. When this time comes Atria will certainly be at the top of the list of senior independent living facilities for us.
We moved my mom to the Atria Cinco Ranch memory care, assisted living a year ago. It has been such a positive experience for both my mom and our family. The facility is warm and inviting with a full schedule of activities. The staff to resident ratio is great for seeing to their needs and engaging them in all their activities. They do exercises, art, music, have concerts, have an onsite salon as well as home health and physical therapy. Gourmet meals are provided. A nurse visits weekly and the doctor monthly. They are well taken care of and are very inclusive and educational with the family.…
They are well taken care of and are very inclusive and educational with the family. Our family also attends a monthly dementia support group led by a licensed social worker and held at Atria, which has been extremely helpful in understanding dementia. I bring my two Shih Tzu’s to visit their Mimi weekly and although the residents may not remember my name, they love socializing with the dogs. My mom is also very sensitive to noise and appreciate that the facility is carpeted. Other facilities that I toured had tile or laminate, which makes the acoustics very loud for someone who is sensitive to sound. I can’t speak highly enough about Atria and the difference it has made for us.
My mother has been residing at the Atria Cinco Ranch for well over a year and has really enjoyed both her new community and apartment. We continue to be impressed by the cordiality and professionalism of all the staff, the friendliness of the residents and the wonderful array of programs that suit all interests. The facilities are well maintained and the level of cleanliness is outstanding. Thank you Atria, you've made the transition to a retirement community very easy and smooth.
My family never thought that I would find a place “good enough” for my dad…well I did! And it’s better than I could have imagined. Atria is just on a different level than all of the other places I looked at for my dad. It is such a welcoming community that when you walk in you can just feel the caregivers warmth and compassion for all of the residents. Yesenia, Anali, Neesy, and all of the staff deserve a huge shoutout for all the care and hard work they provide. And thank you to Holly and Jennifer for guiding me through this process with genuine heart and compassion!
I highly recommend Atria Cinco Ranch for your loved one's next step in life. From the beginning of our journey, Jennifer LaBita has been an absolute joy to work with, such a Godsend. She has gone above and beyond during this emotional journey with our family, making sure that our loved one's new chapter in life will be filled with joy, comfort, and a caring environment. She guided us through and alleviated any worries that we had during such a hectic time of uncertainty for us. Thank you, Jennifer and the entire Atria staff. We know our loved one is in a loving home environment.
My family’s experience with Atria Senior Living has been wonderful. The team goes out of their way to provide a safe and enjoyable living space for my mom. When it came time for my mom to move to an independent living community, Atria Senior Living was the only community that I toured for her. From the moment I walked through the door for my tour, it was clear that Atria was where she needed to be. I looked at other places online but none of them offered everything that Atria offered. I no longer worry about my mom’s safety or well-being. From the time she gets up in the morning, the Atria staff is making sure that she is up and moving. She has three delicious meals every day. She goes to group exercise several times a week. There is music, movies, and many social events that she attends. And she has maid service once a week so she doesn’t have to worry about her apartment upkeep. She is free to enjoy the fun stuff that is provided by Atria. The biggest change though in her life is that she has so many new friends. Moving to Atria is one of the best decisions we made as a family. No regrets.
I have been looking into a family member moving down to Houston and Atria would be the ideal place for her. I have been dealing for several months with Jennifer who has been excellent. She gave me tours , answered all the questions and concerns I had and was great at following up on our discussions. She has been tremendously helpful with the process. She understands the family dynamics that are involved with elderly patients moving into assisted living. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in working through this challenging issue. Although we haven’t made the move yet Atria will be the place when we do.
I had visited seven different assisted livings in Katy, Texas and I felt most impressed in my search with the Atria at Cinco. Mindy was very helpful and helped my dad know he would be welcomed! Patricia was exceptionally compassionate. My father lived there for a few months, until his needs changed recently. I visited him most days and everyone was friendly and I enjoyed eating with him there in the independent dining room. I appreciated Holly, the director, working with me concerning our needs.
