Friendly staff. Beautiful facility. Sherri was most helpful and caring. I highly recommend this location. My friend was there and Sherri helped facilitate my visit. The lunch was amazing. I highly recommend Atria Sugarland if you have an elderly family member or friend. Great social environment Very friendly environment!!
I love living at Atria with my wife. We love our apartment and all of our new friends. Sherri was such a help in securing a great one bedroom. The staff are all wonderful.
A wonderful place to live. The staff are attentive and engaged. All the residents are so friendly and sweet. I am always smiling and laughing when I come to visit. My grandma is thriving and I can rest easy knowing she is well cared for. Thank you, Atria!
it’s a clean place and very pleasant. The food is very good. I enjoy being able to meet with the directors.
Everyone makes sure you’re well and food is great! I’ve met a lot of good people and I enjoy visiting with all of them. I am well taken care of. A lot of the residents are like my family.
My wife and I visited many communities to try to find her aunt a good place. We finally found The Auberge at Sugar Land. When we walked in Cindy greeted us and we explained we did not have an appointment but she said not to worry and before we knew it MJ was giving us a tour. My wife explained how exhausted it was all becoming, she assured us she would walk us through the process. When we asked medical related questions she brought in Tabitha and David and they where both knowledgeable and even helped us find her a doctor. When it was time to move in I could not be there to help but the MANAGERS ce out to help her move her aunts things in. I thought I needed to hang her t.v., but Jerone had already done that + all of her photos. We where invited to stay for dinner on Saturday & wow that chef served some nice ribs! If you’re reading this because you’re considering Atria Senior Living for your loved one—keep looking. During the day, the staff are smiling, having there employees post good replies to reviews, trying to be cute. But where are they when it actually matters? Nowhere to be found. After-hours is when the real issues start—and nobody’s around to help, to care, or even to show up. It’s sad, because our elders deserve dignity 24/7, not just when the office is open and the cameras are watching. I’ve seen too much, and I’m done being quiet. Since management doesn’t want to hear the truth, I’ll just start posting videos on TikTok. Then everyone can see what really goes down when the sun sets and they clock out. Hopefully the truth finally pushes them to act right. Until then, don’t be fooled by the jokes and emojis in their review replies.
The staff in Atria Sugar Land was very nice and very thorough. She showed me around the place and gave me a tour. I liked the facility. Upkeep was very nice. It's a nice-sized room. They had a library, a piano, and a little area where they could sit.
