Truly, if ever there was a God sent person into your life it would likely be Lady K standing there. Since Lady K arrived at Autumn Winds I have witnessed her tirelessly work herself to the bone to help the families and patrons there seeking guidance - our family is certainly one of them. We were frustrated and over our heads trying to deal with applications, documentation and State agencies. She continually and persistently went to bat for us - even late at night when she should have been home with her own family. Lady K is genuinely kind, professional, organized like no other. She is a true asset to Autumn Winds and they are lucky to have her! Gratefully, the family of Diane B. - we thank you! Additionally, I would like to also commend and acknowledge Mr. Chandler Potter. He also is a kind, helpful and gentle soul. Before Lady K arrived, he had his hands full but always dealt with us with grace. For that, I am very appreciative! I think together they will make a dynamic team.

Mr. Chandler (Champ) Potter and Lady D. Kyllonen, ("my love") Business Office Manager, have brought such a breath of fresh air to Autumn Winds Nursing Home and Rehabilitation. The entire staff of Autumn Winds, demonstrate high levels of compassion, kindness, and professionalism. After touring this facility I noticed right off the bat how clean it was. The staff were very friendly and the residents I passed by in the hallway seemed to be content. I loved hearing about all the activities they do with their residents to help promote community and fun.

I wanted to take a second to share what a wonderful community Autumn Winds in Schertz is. The staff is always warm and welcoming from Lady K in the business office, Barbara in HR, Michelle their ADON, and Champ their Administrator. Everytime I come into the facility they all have smiles on their faces and are eager to assist. If you are looking for a great home like environment with friendly staff Autumn Winds is for you!
