Very caring, personal, professional people!
I was there for 20 days oct3 to oct 23 horrible it rained the celing in thebathroom leaked they messed up pain med none for 4 days push the call button several times waited 30 to 45 minutes i was.only given 3 showers. In 20 days. I told the wound care person the pajamas was causing problems rubbing on the wound it needed a gause she said no 2 days later it was infected a doctor came in and put a gause on the wound

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic and beautiful building!
Asked them to get my aunt up so I could take her outside to visit with her 2 hours later they still didn't get her up. Her face didn't get washed. She got lunch but no one came to feed her thank God I was there I feed her .
Terrible. Bed linens and my mother was filthy. Eyes were matted almost shut.
Had an awesome experience at River Pointe! The staff is warm and welcoming. Impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Therapy was very active and lively, with a lot of smiling faces. Highly recommend.
Family friendly….family oriented…friendly staff!
