They are always gossiping at their desk instead of attending to The patient at the facility.. They leave them neglected, where they smell of urine and leave them in feces for hours . I understand that the nurses have multiple patients out of time, but the ratio is way off… bugs in room… it’s so sad

This is a very good facility I have loved ones here and we were very satisfied and the driver is amazing

Elizabeth is amazing at helping families and patients navigate their post acute journey. Jacque and team are exceptional clinically

My mom is very well cared for, the staff is always so kind to me and her when I'm there. I appreciate all they do for her.

My grandma was in South place for four days and she had a stroke and they didn't do anything until my mom went up there and that was at the end of the day it sucks, and is disgusting

Had a very pleasant time me and my sister visiting our mother. Took her to the courtyard very nice out there. The stint of the cigarette ashtrays in the courtyard though is very unpleasant.

We put my mom in this rehab because she has broke her ankle and got COVID. The Dr convinced us that mom needed rehab for her lungs due to COVID. After 6 days of being at this facility she has only seen the rehab therapist 1 time for 5 minutes. On the 6th day my mom got very confused and disoriented and it took me throwing a cut before the ever called the ambulance. Come to find out my mother was having a stroke and her nurse at this place didn't have a clue what was going on. I strongly recommend not putting your family members in this awful place.

Loving service and care. They too great care of my mother in law.
