Put my dad in there care 8/7/24 because he has dementia and gets a lot of strokes and seizures, And my aunt went to see him 8/12/24 for him to be missing and the facility didn't call anyone about his disappearance. When we call them, the lady answering the phone was really rude and said they had no information on how he escaped. Would any one of you who's reading this really put your family in their care knowing this.

I recently quit because of the lack of care from the administrator and kitchen. I was told I couldn't call in before because the manager had "plans" that weekened. Every time I missed, I either had covid or strep or something actually wrong with me that I could give to the residents. I never called in just to call in. Well , this one particular time my son needed me. And I got told basically that I have too many issues and I need to figure out what to do bc we were going under new management and I needed to be there bc the other cook called in that day also. My kids have been pushed aside too…

I don't understand how this place has these good reviews. My mom was there for only 2 or 3 months last year. In that time, got uti that looked like pure blood, it was so bad. She ended up with sepsis and clot to the lung. My opinion from sitting soiled for too long and from sitting in wheel chair ALL day. Long story short, she died in hospice.very short time frame from when she went to Ever Green.
