I have lived here for 10 months and not one of my work orders have been completed until today, which happen to be mold that was never removed since November last year. She is nothing but a loud mouth, lazy person who doesn't get out of behind her desk.When you walk in the office/clubhouse it's filthy and she never ever greets you. Nothing gets done on this property and it's really to bad because this property was beautiful when they build them. My suggestion would be to stay…

My experience at this property since FDI Management and the manager LISA took over have been nothing but a nightmare. My suggestion would be to stay far away from this property until they fire the current manager here.
Went and filled out paperwork application and never heard back from them. Don’t waste your time. Got an apartment at another apartment complex and I am very happy.
Dont waste your time at this place. They had me wasting over 5 months of my time trying to get an apartment here. They came up with every excuse you could think of to grt you to fill out extra forms. Then she kept saying Ill know something next week, and next week, …….. I guess my disabled husband and I didnt fit in to their specific looking apartment people to live there. Sooner or later we will be living under a bridge or in our vehicle while the rich looking apartment manager goes on with her life. People like her dont deserve to work with low income people. They have no idea whst others…
