They do not have enough staff per patient ratio in order to give adequate care. . You have to fight to be heard about the care and concerns about your loved one. My mom died there and our voices were not heard. Do your research before choosing Avir Kerrville.
Visited my grandpa and the place is very clean, smelled nice and everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile. My grandpa is impressed with this place too

It has been a pleasure to see the friendly faces of the staff when I visit my brother at Avir in Kerrville. The facility is kept clean and bright. The nursing students from Ingram Tom Moore High School and Schreiner University bring a youthful exuberance to the atmosphere. We are lucky to have found it!
Wonderful facility for our mother. It is extremely clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
We just visited a friend. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice, roomy and clean. We did not pay a price to visit.
The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents and their family! One thing I’d like to know is who gave my dad new clothes. No one contacted the family about giving Dad these items. I’d like to personally thank whoever did it.
