Took my brother steve some Thanksgiving food everything went well
My brother has been at Avir at Pilot Point for several years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. It appears that the new company is taking an interest in making the residents experience better and I am hopeful they will succeed.
Pilot Point Care Center gets my highest recommendation. My loved one is there and he receives outstanding care, and lives his life with dignity and respect from the staff and the other residents. It's a family environment where people are free to be themselves. I would encourage anyone in need to visit Pilot Point Care Center and see for themselves the welcoming environment and top care provided.
Very friendly staff and was able to take care of all our concerns. The facilities are clean, comfortable and updated.
