4.7 · 87 reviewsCedar Ridge Rehabilitation Center has been a great place for my mother, Gloria. It is always clean when we come to visit. She feels loved by the staff. We live 5 hours away but the staff always recognizes us when we come. This week we are here for her 94th birthday.

I want to recognize Tyler in transportation at Cedar Ridge Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Pilot Point, TX. He is consistently kind, patient, and dependable. Tyler goes out of his way to make sure residents feel comfortable and safe during transport, and he always treats everyone with respect and a positive attitude. He is also excellent at coordinating and scheduling doctor appointments, and he does a great job following up with families to keep them informed. Recent inspections identified several federal standard violations. Health Citations: As of January 2026, the facility received 11 health citations. This is higher than the Texas state average of 9.2. Specific Deficiencies: Infection Control: Cited for violating federal standards regarding the spread of infections. Resident Rights: Failure to ensure residents are free from physical restraints unless medically necessary. Staffing & Nutrition: Failure to employ sufficient staff with appropriate skills for food and nutrition services, including a qualified dietitian. Care Services: Deficiencies in catheter care, preventing urinary tract infections, and arranging hospice services. Privacy: Failure to keep personal and medical records confidential.
Cedar Ridge took very good care of my mother. My dad was there for a number of years and she always said that is where she wanted to go if she had to go to a nursing home. The staff is wonderful and her care was great.

Cedar Ridge Rehabilitation Center is taking excellent care of my dad. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, but what truly makes the difference is the people. The nurses, aides, and staff are compassionate, attentive, and professional, always treating my dad with dignity and respect. A special thank you to Tiffany, the Director of Business Development, who went above and beyond to communicate with our family, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. Knowing my dad is in such caring and capable hands gives our family great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the care he is receiving and we highly recommend Cedar Ridge.
We just brought my Aunt for a respite stay. Hospice and the Cedar Ridge staff made the process so easy and effortless. We were very nervous about all of it of course but they made us feel very comfortable in leaving her in their care. When we picked her up she even looked better like she had gotten lots of great sleep and great care. No issues at all! Highly recommend Cedar Ridge for any kind of care they offer! We will be back!
