A lot of factors went into our decision to move mom into Azalea Trails. Since the move she has been absolutely thriving. The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and my mom is happy. Not only is she happy...she has gained back all the weight she lost and now her pants are snug:) Thank you Azalea!
I visited the community a few weeks ago and I loved seeing that they allow pets! The residents were so kind and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable

Azalea Trails is a wonderful retirement community. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. The community is clean, welcoming, and it feels like home.
I was searching for a place for my mom where she could grow, make new friends, learn new things, be active, and still experience living life safely. Azalea Trails has been an answer to my prays. Staff is helpful, kind, and just plain amazing. There is always something going on from exercise class, to book clubs, walking, art/ crafting classes and more. The food is really good. The place is super clean. I would highly recommend Azalea Trails
I can’t say enough great things about Azalea Trails. The management team is outstanding, professional, attentive, and truly committed to providing the best care possible. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and respectful, always going above and beyond to make residents feel safe, valued, and at home. The moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, communication is excellent, and it’s clear that resident well-being is their top priority. Knowing my loved one is in such capable and loving hands gives our family peace of mind. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care.

Tyler is a growing city with a small town feel and this facility has a at home feel to it. I work in public relations and have always heard very good things about this living facility and the staff that works there. Keep up the good work Azalea Trails!!
