4.4 · 21 reviewsGreat place to live. My mom couldn't be in a more caring place. And I love all the people there. They take good care of each other. There is no place in Hope, Ar that could come anywhere near as great. That's where my mom lived before moving to Bella Vista.
Bella Vista was a great place for my parents to live until they both had health issues; one with Dementia. Parents were very faithful paying their lease every month even though some of the amenities were falsified. The cost is way too much for what they offer.
My parents have lived at Bella Vista off and on since 2017. At first, everything about it was amazing. Now, the amenities they offer have depleted. Such as the housekeeping and maintenance. If they had an issue, maintenance never came and housekeeping was only there for about 15 minutes. Majority of staff was very sweet and accommodating. When they had to move out due to health reasons management was not accommodating. The cost is too much for what actually is provided.

My wife and I both visited Bella Vista Independent Senior Living. My wife said she could live there. It is kind of like duplex apartments, which are close together, and a central clubhouse-type sharing. We didn't go much further because they didn't have any vacancies at the time. They told us that they had two meals a day. If we didn't like what was on the menu, we could order a short-order menu. The grounds were well-kept. They have light housekeeping once a week. They have no utilities except for a telephone and TV. They provide rides to the doctors. They have a nurse on staff.
My grandparents absolutely love it there.... Great place and friendly staff♥️
My mother has been at Bella Vista for almost a year. She loves her neighbors, new friends, activities, and the ice cream too. Her apartment is just the right size and the staff is awesome.
