I went in today to have a meeting with Derrick the director of nursing and Brenda the administrator I believe over building 3 or 4, not to sure. Anyway I would like to thank the both of them for all their help today.I know this position isn’t easy having so many patients. So I really appreciate you hearing me and mother talk today regarding our concerns for my brother. Really sweet people ! Best answers they could possibly give. That’s all we ask for.

My mother is currently admitted for physical therapy ..she’s only been there a few days . Initially , I was very afraid for her . 1. It’s her first time being in any facility. 2. I didn’t feel that her intake process , once in her room , was going too smoothly. I pressed a call light and waited a good few minutes ;however, the Director was walking by and answered. The director of nursing did address and saw to our needs. (This was during a feeding time) The staff has been polite, especially nurse Margret. I feel more at ease now . Let me say, this is not a new building with modern fixtures;…

Let me say, this is not a new building with modern fixtures; however, everything that’s shines may not be gold! I think there are good professional people in this place and like ANY facility, you have to be there for your love ones. The residents are very nice and funny. The activity person , Ms. Pearl, is awesome! I feel confident my mother is in good hands while I am away. I will completed another survey if the system allows me after a few more days of my mother’s stay.

Happy Happy Birthday To My Little Brother........Brother 👀👂, We may not have our Mother , our Father's , our Big Brother & Sister anymore......Atleast Me & You still have eachother. I love you Darrell Foster.

Relevant: Room 203 - I am writing to formally address an important matter that requires your prompt and professional attention. During my medical leave, an incident involving the handling of my personal information, financial records, and property was reported by both myself and Associa. This occurred while I was residing at Landmark of GlenEagles, Apartment 3316, prior to the transition in management following Landmark on Glen Eagles Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Throughout that transition, my expectation was that my information and belongings would be managed responsibly and in accordance with proper standards. However, there remain unresolved concerns regarding the use of a U‑Haul in my name, the removal of my personal items, and the status of my documents, clothing, and funds. To ensure a timely and appropriate resolution, I am requesting the immediate return of all funds and personal property associated with this matter. You may determine the most efficient and secure method to complete this return, but it must be handled without delay. My objective is to resolve this situation professionally so that all parties can move forward with clarity and accountability. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Temkia Taylor

Mrs. Cox (building 4)and all her staff really treated me great ! They really care about there patients and go the extra mile to meet there needs.I spent 6 weeks getting there care and I can’t rave enough about what they mean to me !

The place was clean and didn’t have the usual nursing home smell. The staff was welcoming.

The employee seem to be nice and friendly, but the facility smells horrible building 4 Room 305. The smell was so bad I had take my friend away from the facility just to have a Visit

They are the worst facility and the nurses retaliate against the patients and they neglect their needs because they don't want to be bothered and we had complained about the staff being angry just because they have to get off there phone and think they are not obligated to care for the patients. They neglect and try to punish the patients for speaking up and complain to supervisor about the mistreatment and try to control the patients by neglecting them of food and deny them of help. The patients are disabled and the nurses have to help with any type of need that is needed.
