I had a wonderful experience with this home health agency. The staff was professional, caring, and always treated me and my family with kindness and respect. They took the time to listen to our needs, answered all of our questions, and made sure I received excellent care. Their nurses and caregivers were dependable, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond. Also can forget medical records clarissa renteria I highly recommend this home health agency to anyone looking for quality, reliable, and compassionate care. Thank you for everything you do!

I recently visited Briarcliff and the experience was exceptional. It is evident that safety and patient care & wellbeing is a priority. I got to meet Mr. Eric Ramirez and he was very helpful. More importantly, Briarcliff is more than a facility, it is a family taking care of family!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the care my loved one has been receiving at your nursing home, specifically regarding the CNA staff. In particular, the night CNA assigned to the 300 floor has been a major concern. She has shared multiple concerns about this employee’s behavior, including speaking loudly and, using vulgar language, and dressing in a way that does not appear professional or suitable for a healthcare setting. Additionally, she has stated that this CNA is frequently on her phone, and does not respond when residents need assistance. I am unsure whether the night nurses have already addressed them. My concern is simply that these ongoing problems do not appear to be improving. There is also a morning shift CNA who has been another source of concern. In the 300 Hall, I prefer not to mention her name, but she can be identified by management if necessary, she wear a bow, glasses and is on the heavier side. She has experienced long delays when requesting assistance from this staff member, and there have been times when she appears unwilling to help promptly. This gives the impression of a lack of urgency and attentiveness toward residents, which is troubling in a facility where timely assistance is so important. This concerns have been brought up to them. It is extremely disappointing that these concerns seem to have gone unaddressed. Residents deserve attentive, respectful, and professional care at all times. I ask that management investigate these issues immediately and take the necessary corrective action to ensure all staff members are meeting the standards expected in your facility.

Current patient. My experience is that things change after having been set and used to one thing. This time they have change schedule for baths , after being used to always take my showers on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday they have chang d it to different days. This is not convenient for me as my schedule has changed after having it already changed to my liking, for all the money they charge they should work to keep patients happy
